Payment & Delivery
We accept NZ bank transfer. Customers can pay by Phone Banking, Internet Banking & Local Branch Deposit. For those who prefer payment by Credit Card, we accept PayPal. However, there will be one-time PayPal/Credit Card fees of 3.90% + NZ$0.45 for each transaction.
Approximate Delivery Times:
We offers FLAT RATE NZ$8 shipping on all orders, worldwide. Orders are shipped by Registered/Tracked Airmail or other similar postal services and are delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo id is required upon receipt. Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24-72 working hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can expect to receive your order shipped within 10-15 working days, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or event outside our control and might takes up to 20 working days. If you have not received your order after 20 working days please e-mail us immediately. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to ensure safe receipt.

Returns & Replacements:
We do not accept returns or replacements unless we made an error due to hygiene purposes. Please make your selection carefully. Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect orders must be reported to our Customer Service upon delivery. Please retain packing slip and your invoice, the original packaging and any other packaging materials used for the return. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund.
